Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your services, we ask that you call us within 14 days of your initial appointment.
Cancellation Agreement
Everyone’s time is valuable. We value yours and trust that you value ours as well. We require 24/48 hours notice to all cancellations and rescheduling. We require all clients to provide a valid credit card as a service placeholder and a means to secure any late fees incurred. Please call us at least 24 hours prior to your haircut or 48 hours prior to your chemical, extension, loc, and/or bridal service and we will happily reschedule your service. Reschedules or cancellations after the 24/48 hour policy stated above will be charged 50% of the full price of your scheduled services. No-shows and last minute cancellations (30 minutes) will be charged 100% of the full price of your scheduled services. We do allow a 10 minute grace period for clients who are running late. If you can provide professional documentation of a medical/personal emergency we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee.
